My Service Adviser Chris Belty was awesome! Made it easy too schedule and explained too me what was done and what service recommendations need to be done in the near future.
Great service at this dealership. Everything in the lounge was orderly & clean. Social distancing was observed, some customers & employees wore masks. Appointment was for oil change.

At a time when we are all worried, even scared, coming in to Vester and being met by Chris's big smile and uber-helpful attitude is a breath of fresh air.....he's great guy and a credit to your organization. Both he and Herbie Nelson are exactly the kinds of friendly and omnicompetent personnel that I would hope to have in any company of mine ! .(But: shouldn't all Vester employees now be wearing masks ?)
