What an exceptional experience from the time we walked through the doors until we received the keys to our Silverado. Nehemiah's customer service, knowledge and follow through was top notch. He was very thorough, had lots of patience and made sure we understood what we were signing and driving off the lot.. He took the time to answer all the questions we had. If you have a vehicle that is 12 yrs or older don't bother taking it in for any kind of repair. They won't even look at it. They won't use after market parts and won't use customer provided parts. Most I was told I could get was a programming for a module but nothing more. $219
