I've been purchasing vehicles from Hubert Vester for over a decade. Would not go anywhere else. I always see Johnny Kent for the best deal and customer service! He's the best!
Quick scheduling of oil change and ease of checking in. Surprised when I got my truck back to not receive the “inspection” document showing various checks and fluid adjustments that occurred with oil change and tire rotation. I thought this was standard across all GM service centers and part of the reason they charge more than other places.

I dropped my vehicle off at Hubert Vester Chevrolet on August 8th. I was told it would be looked at the following Monday and “treated like it was under warranty.” That turned out to mean neglect.
• No updates for weeks.
• On September 3rd, I had to call myself and was told “it’s still being worked on,” with no real explanation.
• Promised a follow-up on September 4th—never happened.
• To this day, no clarity on what’s actually being done or when I’ll get my car back.

This is not the same place that I started bring my car too in 2019. There are so many different people every time I come. Some times the customer service is ok and sometimes it’s just service. I realize that it can be hard but I call the way I see it.

Great communication with our service advisor Jennifer . She took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and let us know exactly what was going on with our vehicle. Did not try to get us to do extra services that were not necessary. Recently moved to the area and will continue to go to Hubert Vester Chevy
Worked me in quickly when my car was having issues cutting off when I would come to a stop a light or making turn. They were courteous and kept me informed.

My car was there for a week & a half being diagnosed with still no solution at pickup. It also had an oil change & tire rotation which I have text messages from service advisor, Jennifer, where I requested the oil change with tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I noticed the tires had not been rotated because I mark them with fingernail polish because I have had several times where the tires were not rotated but they say they were. Purchased a 25’ Silverado and Johnny was awesome to deal with. His assistant was extremely nice as well. The entire sales team were all fantastic. Extremely pleased and will be referring anyone I know. Additionally, there was a challenge yesterday beyond their control. The internet went down for a few hours.
