If you have a vehicle that is 12 yrs or older don't bother taking it in for any kind of repair. They won't even look at it. They won't use after market parts and won't use customer provided parts. Most I was told I could get was a programming for a module but nothing more. $219

Quick scheduling of oil change and ease of checking in. Surprised when I got my truck back to not receive the “inspection” document showing various checks and fluid adjustments that occurred with oil change and tire rotation. I thought this was standard across all GM service centers and part of the reason they charge more than other places.

I dropped my vehicle off at Hubert Vester Chevrolet on August 8th. I was told it would be looked at the following Monday and “treated like it was under warranty.” That turned out to mean neglect.
• No updates for weeks.
• On September 3rd, I had to call myself and was told “it’s still being worked on,” with no real explanation.
• Promised a follow-up on September 4th—never happened.
• To this day, no clarity on what’s actually being done or when I’ll get my car back.

This is not the same place that I started bring my car too in 2019. There are so many different people every time I come. Some times the customer service is ok and sometimes it’s just service. I realize that it can be hard but I call the way I see it.
